Deleting Your Dextra Account
We're sorry to see you go, but if you wish to delete your Dextra account, we've made the process simple and hassle-free. Just follow the steps below.
Step-by-Step Guide to Delete Your Account
- Open your email application on the device where you are registered with Dextra.
- Write an email to help@godextra.com from the same email address associated with your Dextra account.
- In the email, include the following details:
- Name,
- Surname,
- Dextra account email,
- A free-form request to delete your account. - Send the email to help@godextra.com.
Important Information
- Your email will be disconnected from the Dextra application.
- All submitted mailbox data will be permanently deleted from our database.
- The following information will be retained in our database for legal and administrative purposes:
- Email address,
- Registration date,
- Deletion request fact,
- Deletion date.
Account Deactivation Timeline
Upon receiving the request for disconnection, your Dextra account will be disabled within one month.
